Working with G Adams Construction on a conversion of former pub to executive residential unit. Complete package including media, access and security arrangements.

Nevern Halls of Residence
The large project for Cardiff University was to undertake a full electrical upgrade to the student accommodation to meet strict health and safety guidelines in a very tight time-frame.
We undertook the 4 block (132 bedroom) project to include a refurbishment involving complete electrical installation, fire alarm, data cabling and emergency lighting. The project was completed within an 8 week time frame over the summer break.
Working to a strict working schedule we managed to finish the project on time and within budget.
The Nevern Halls at Cardiff University now enjoys all the benefits of modern-day student accommodation which meets all relevant health and safety guidelines.

Bespoke Installation | Office Block for a Property Developer
We engaged with this high-end property developer who were moving to new premises. As always with Portabella, a very high standard was expected so that they can showcase their work to their high-end client-base. We easily met their very tight deadline, by extending our regular work schedule.
This bespoke installation of power outlets and lighting included a full design scope after an initial survey.
The work was done to the exact expected standard and serves them well as a demonstration of what their clients should expect.

Generator Installation | Adderbury
Working closely with our clients we were given the task of installing a stand-by generator for a water utility company and hooking it up to existing switchgear and controls.
Within the install a new changeover system was installed. Cable terminations made at Generator, Changeover Switch and Main Switchgear Panel. Once commissioned our clients now provided a suitable back up power source for a critical utility service.

Bespoke Luxury Installation
Another high-end project SAN was involved with was a refurbishment involving complete electrical installation on a 6 bedroom luxury residence with landscape gardens, swimming pools and a sauna.
The scope of work included a complete bespoke installation which included outlets, lighting, security systems, home automation services, swimming pool and sauna controls.
As always, our workmanship was neat and well organised and the deadline was met on time and within budget.
